방문해주신 여러분을 진심으로 환영합니다.

Since its establishment, the International Public Value Association has steadily expanded the horizons of public value research, thanks to the dedication and active participation of our members. The successful hosting of our academic conferences and the consistent publication of our journal are precious fruits of our community's collective efforts—achievements made possible only through your passionate support.

To ensure a new leap forward for our association, IPVA will focus on the following three key tasks:

1. Expanding the Global Horizon of Academic Activities
IPVA will broaden the venue for regular academic exchange encompassing both domestic and international spheres. Specifically, we will prepare to host international conferences in collaboration with global education networks, thereby strengthening global academic exchange and establishing IPVA as a central platform for public value research. While considering budget and circumstances, we will encourage high-quality presentations to ensure our academic activities generate continuous momentum at the forefront of public value discourse.

2. Enhancing the Professionalism and International Standing of the Journal
We will focus on elevating the qualitative level of our journal and establishing a systematic publication system to strengthen its international academic standing. We will steadfastly proceed with listing in major domestic citation indices while simultaneously preparing the groundwork for inclusion in world-renowned academic databases in the long term. To this end, we will upgrade our online submission and review systems to improve accessibility for researchers worldwide and create an environment where transparent and high-quality research outcomes can be continuously disseminated.

3. Internationalization of the Institution and Strengthening External Competencies
We will solidify the foundation of our institution to enhance the international visibility of the association. We will promote the use of our official name befitting the global academic environment and establish an English-language website where researchers from around the world can freely communicate. Furthermore, we will strengthen cooperation with various global research institutions and member organizations, concentrating our capabilities so that IPVA can play a leading role in global public value research and practice networks.

Finally, I would like to emphasize that the dedicated hard work of our members is the solid foundation for the development of our association. For IPVA to be reborn as a truly international research community, your unwavering support and close cooperation are more urgent than ever. I, along with all members of the Executive Board, promise to do our utmost to support you so that your capabilities can be fully realized through the International Public Value Association.

국제공공가치학회는 설립 이후 지금까지 회원 여러분의 헌신과 적극적인 참여 덕분에 공공가치 연구의 저변을 넓히며 꾸준히 성장해 왔습니다. 그동안 성공적으로 이어온 학술대회와 학술지 발간은 우리 공동체가 이룬 소중한 결실이며, 이 모든 성과는 회원 여러분의 뜨거운 성원이 있었기에 가능했습니다. 이에 국제공공가치학회는 학회의 새로운 도약을 위해 다음의 세 가지 핵심 과제에 주력하고자 합니다.

1. 학술 활동의 글로벌 지평 확대
국제공공가치학회는 국내외를 아우르는 정기적인 학술 교류의 장을 더욱 넓혀나가겠습니다. 특히 세계적인 교육 네트워크와의 협력을 통한 국제 학술대회 개최를 준비하며, 이를 통해 글로벌 학술 교류를 강화하고 국제공공가치학회가 공공가치 연구의 중심적인 플랫폼이 되도록 노력하겠습니다. 예산과 여건을 고려하되 학문적 적합성이 높은 발표를 독려하여, 우리 학술 활동이 공공가치 논의의 최전선에서 지속적인 동력을 창출하도록 하겠습니다.

2. 학술지의 전문성 및 국제적 위상 제고
학술지의 질적 수준을 높이고 체계적인 발행 시스템을 정착시켜 국제적인 학술 위상을 강화하는 데 집중하겠습니다. 국내 주요 학술지 색인 등재를 안정적으로 추진함과 동시에, 장기적으로는 세계적인 학술지 목록에 이름을 올릴 수 있도록 내실 있는 준비를 시작하겠습니다. 이를 위해 온라인 투고 및 심사 시스템을 고도화하여 국내외 연구자들의 접근성을 높이고, 투명하고 수준 높은 연구 성과가 지속적으로 확산될 수 있는 환경을 만들겠습니다.

3. 기관의 국제화 및 대외 역량 강화
학회의 국제적 가시성을 높이기 위해 기관의 토대를 새롭게 다지겠습니다. 글로벌 학술 환경에 걸맞은 공식 명칭 사용을 추진하고, 전 세계 연구자들이 자유롭게 소통할 수 있는 영문 홈페이지를 구축하여 운영하겠습니다. 또한 다양한 글로벌 연구 기관 및 회원 단체와의 협력을 공고히 하여, 국제공공가치학회가 세계적인 공공가치 연구 및 실천 네트워크에서 주도적인 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 기관의 역량을 집중하겠습니다.

마지막으로, 회원 여러분의 헌신적인 노고가 학회 발전의 든든한 밑거름이 됨을 강조하고자 합니다. 국제공공가치학회가 명실상부한 국제적 연구 공동체로 거듭나기 위해서는 회원 여러분의 변함없는 지지와 긴밀한 협력이 무엇보다 절실합니다. 저와 상임이사회의 모든 분들은 회원 여러분의 역량이 국제공공가치학회를 통해 충분히 발휘될 수 있도록 최선을 다해 지원하겠습니다.
